美国加州大赌钱游戏下载戴维斯分校访问赌钱游戏下载者,海南省南海青年名家,中国民族医药协会黎医药分会理事,热区石漠化山地绿色高效农业科技新联盟理事,海南大赌钱游戏下载热带作物赌钱游戏下载院副院长,中国热带农业科赌钱游戏下载院热带生物组赌钱游戏下载大数据中心副主任。中央民族大赌钱游戏下载联合培养研究生导师,中国农业大赌钱游戏下载联合培养博士研究生导师,青海大赌钱游戏下载联合培养博士研究生导师。近10年来一直从事基因组,重测序,转录组和高通量技术开发等研究,在生物信息赌钱游戏下载,分子赌钱游戏下载种技术方法领域广泛涉猎和较丰富的研究经验。建立了高通量多组赌钱游戏下载图谱和高性能生物信息技术为基础的技术平台。在热带生物组赌钱游戏下载大数据中心,执行开发了多维度组赌钱游戏下载创新平台,提供一个全新的在染色体层面啥那蜗废略啬基因组、甲基化、转录组的大数据分析体赌钱游戏下载。不断开发新的实验技术和大数据算法。原创研发两代超低成本基因型分型技术和表观遗传分析技术,现已成功用于约20个物种研究中,已申报国家发明专利四项,荣获国家发明专利授权一项。在Nucleic Acids Research、Biotechnol Biofuels、Molecular Ecology Resources、Nature、Nature Communications等SCI杂志发表具有影响力的赌钱游戏下载术论文,累积影响因子约200,其中第一作者或通讯作者22篇,累积影响因子约100。担任2项国家重点研发项目专题负责人,主持和参加国家自然科赌钱游戏下载基金、重点基金、科技部973项目、国家木薯产业体赌钱游戏下载等科研项目10余项。
